Most of our reviews live on Google and Yelp, which you can find by searching "Elevate Dental Mountain's Edge." We also collect a short feedback survey after many appointments, and a summary of those responses is shared with our team each month to track trends over time.

Yes. We do not purchase reviews or use review-farming services. Google and Yelp both have systems to flag suspicious activity, and we rely on those platforms' standard verification processes rather than any workaround. The feedback you read reflects people who were actually treated in our office.

We respond directly and try to understand what went wrong, whether it was a scheduling delay, a billing mix-up, or a miscommunication about treatment. If the comment includes enough detail to identify the visit, our office manager will often reach out privately to resolve the issue rather than just posting a public reply.

Reviews you post on Google or Yelp are public by design, under whatever name or profile you choose to use on those platforms. Feedback from our in-office survey is kept internal and is never published with your name attached unless you specifically give us permission to share it.

If you want a sense of what to expect for a particular treatment, searching our reviews for that keyword is a reasonable way to get a feel for other patients' experiences.

We never post, quote, or share patient health information publicly, and we encourage patients to leave out personal medical details if they prefer extra privacy in a public review. Anything shared with us in a private survey is handled according to standard HIPAA confidentiality practices and is never attached to a public post.
